Please check with you insurance carrier to see if this is an option for you.
Why do you use the term "investment" for the cost per session?
I use the term "investment" because that's what you're doing when you attend counseling. You're investing in the health and well-being of your mind, heart, body, and spirit, both investing in the present moment and investing for your future contentment, joy, and ability to bounce back when challenges come your way. You're investing not only in the 50-90 minutes you spend during each session, you're investing in the insights and skills that you can implement in your day to day life. You'll also have the peace of mind of knowing that I'm on your team, spending time between each session exploring ways to make your counseling experience more impactful both in and out of session.
