EMBRACING CHANGE
One of the most common topics that comes up in counseling is around the idea of change, especially changes that feel BIG. In October 2018 I made my own big change, accepting a full-time, year-round position in another industry. It has been a gift to be trusted by so many in Grand County, sharing your lives, trials, tribulations, and triumphs with me. While I may periodically offer wilderness-based and/or equine-facilitated workshops and retreats in the future, I am no longer in private practice.
While the winds of change may bring be back to counseling in the future, for now, I am living my own leap of faith. Want help navigating your own leap of faith, change or challenge? Below you will find a list of counseling professionals in Grand County who you may reach out to for support, and you may also want to check out my resources page as well.
